THE FIRST NORDIC GUIDED MEDITATION by KATI RÁN
- UNDER THE TREE | Meet your Warden -

This 30 minute guided meditation implements historic Nordic instrumentation performed in a powerfully visualised story and setting, for the purpose of deep relaxation and travel with the mind.
Its aim is in the title.

This is the first instalment of an immersive audio experiment for the purpose of guided meditation and attempts to bring a vivid Nordic landscape to life, upon which the listener may attempt to journey with the mind, safely guided by an intimate narrative.

PLEASE NOTE
* Under no circumstances should this audio be played during driving, or any other activities that need your full attention.

* This fully new audio endeavour by the artist Kati Rán is not to be confused with the release of a new music album. The guided meditation is another branch of working with the voice, nordic mythology and sonic energies.

* We recommend to find a quiet place where you can sit or lie down undisturbed (perhaps even in a forest) and the use of headphones for these kind of exercises.
